The arrival of the Kelly Family in March, 2009 launched the beginning of the Short Term Mission Center here at Bongolo. Tim & Amanda manage the center, which is associated with the Short Term Mission Office (STMO) of the C&MA. Their vision is to “Connect God’s People with God’s Work in Gabon.”
They desire to connect US churches with local Gabonese churches, and Bongolo Hospital through various construction projects, medical and dental clinics, and outreach to local schools. They also are excited about partnering with local church congregations; to come along side of them encouraging them through partnership to meet not only their own church needs, but also the needs connected with reaching the unreached of their own country.
