- Dental anesthesia (vials)
- Loratidine (Claritin) 10 mg (available as a generic at WalMart)
- Metronidazole (Flagyl), IV for intravenous admin.
- **Diphenhydramine (Benedryl) oral
- Bactrim IV (Trimethoprim and Sulfamethoxazole) for Intravenous. admin.
- Fluconazole Intraveneous
- Xeroform gauze
- Bacitracin Ointment
- Ephedrin
- Artificial Tears, Visine, Visine Allergy
